Duties
Plan, run and supervise productivity and cost saving analysis

Conducting observations, interviews and data research in order to identify and quantify saving potentials

Systematical root-cause identification for productivity losses and identification of main levers to release saving potential

Planning, execution and supervision of management system analysis in order to identify systematical gaps in performance management

Leading (planning, execution and supervision) the realization of projects enabling the release of the identified saving potentials

Preparation of regular reports of project progress and forecasts of the saving achievements to internal and external stakeholders

Ensure buy-in from relevant stakeholders, e.g. SAS Top Management and line managers)

Explore and deploy innovative ways to realize cost savings and productivity improvements

Planning, moderating and execution of workshops with participants from all hierarchical levels

Working with members of the operational excellence community to constantly develop and improve productivity and cost reduction initiatives at Buehler

Develop, review and monitor operational excellence performance KPI's

Managing the interfaces to major stakeholders (ITP, CS1, CS Process Development etc.) for improvement projects in a professional way in order to achieve the group relevant targets
Qualifications
University Degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent professional track record.

Proven experience in Operational Excellence is mandatory

Good understanding of business processes and management principles

Alternatively many years of experience in a comparable industrial position

Commercially savvy with strong productivity acumen and solid financial skills

Fluent English, any additional languages would be an advantage

Very strong leadership and team-orientation

Problem-solving and solution-oriented skills

International mindset with high intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel
