Your new responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate applications for the control of HVAC systems
• Develop future-oriented building equipment analytics applications
• Be part of an agile R&D team, develop and share your knowledge, mentor other team members, and collaborate with Product Management
• The position offers the potential to grow into technical leadership with architectural responsibility

Your talents and experience

• A bachelor's or master's degree in HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related area is preferred
• Experience in the development of HVAC applications and algorithms
• Familiar with the latest programming concepts and languages (preferably Python)
• A proactive, motivated, and committed individual who enjoys collaborating with other teams in a global setup
• Ability to adapt to change in a flexible and agile project environment
• Openness to travel within Europe for customer meetings (2-3 times yearly)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must; proficiency in German is highly advantageous

Skills and experiences considered as a plus

• Experience in the development of Air Handling Unit (AHU) applications
• Experience with Function Block Diagram (FBD) or Structured Text (ST) programming
• Knowledge of Building Automation protocols and standards (Modbus, KNX, BACnet, etc.)
• Knowledge of systems and control theory
• Familiar with methods and services in the context of data analysis
