About the job
Your main duties will include:
- Act as key contributor - in close collaboration with the Global Head of Intelligence – to topics that are transversal across the business or that are of strategic relevance for either the Brand Management organization or the broader organization (Commercial, Product, Digital, Transformation)
- Special focus on driving collaboration with additional analytical functions/roles within the organization, with the objective of enhancing the measurement and understanding of Swarovski’s Brand performance.
- Evolving Brand Management and Intelligence team reporting capabilities, striving for automation and greater efficiency.
- Driving the operationalization of a Marketing cockpit, working across the Brand Management function, to ensure that relevant intelligence is being consolidated and democratized within the business.
- Mapping key needs, co-creating an annual reporting agenda for key topics & assessing its impact on stakeholders’ priorities/KPIs.
- Providing holistic solutions with concrete implications – building on the full Intelligence and Brand Management Data Analytics toolbox.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree in the fields of Business Management, Economics, Marketing or Data Analytics
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, preferably within the management consulting or within the Luxury retail or broader retail sector.
- Exceptional ability to analyze and simplify complex problems, preparing a presentation of solutions to stakeholders from various departments and levels of organizational hierarchy
- Exceptional ability to select and integrate data from various sources and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
- Experience in driving fact-based decision making, acting as a representative of the Customer within an organization.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, desirable experience with analytical/ statistical tools and software as well as data visualization platforms (e.g., SPSS, Tableau).
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
- Cross-functional experience (Marketing, Sales, Strategy) in addition to Intelligence/ Analytics is beneficial.
