Missions
As part of a reorganization of the administrative department, you will intervene on a minimum 6-month temporary contract. Your missions will include:
- Establishing communication plans for employees and all new collaborators
- Recording entries and departures.
- Creating documents to allocate shares to executives according to bonuses.
- Making announcements for taxes.
- Performing calculations for share allocations for employees.
- Processing subscription warrants upon receipt annually.
- Other administrative tasks.
Profil du candidat
- Excellent numerical proficiency
- Willingness to learn and work autonomously
- Minimum C1 level in German - B2 level in English and French
