As a Project Manager of Operational Marketing, you will be in charge of various Tactical Sales Projects related to our Sales Channels in Switzerland. You manage and organise different Marketing Activities for our direct Sales Channels with the main goal of opening new Sales Opportunities, increasing traffic at the point of sale, and ensuring the best Brand awareness.

• Create and execute the Operational Marketing concept of the opening, relocation & closing of our Salt Stores

• Manage and organise Shopping Center Events

• Organise different regional events and activities to generate more Sales

• Encourage a good working relationship with the regional sales managers

• Write Event Briefings for Sales Staff

• Developing new ideas and concepts to generate more sales in our Salt Stores

• Support of Salt Stores with specific actions to generate traffic, new contracts and brand awareness at regional level

• Responsible for the content on Shopping Center Websites and Vouchers

• Media booking such as OOH & DDOH on a regional level

• Responsible for the internal Tactical Sales Storage and manage the goods (in and out) together with the Trainee

• Brief internal graphic designers and external agencies

• Develop and execute seasonal or sales-promoting decorations concept for our Salt Stores

• Strong relationship with the internal marketing brand team

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position

• Fluent in German or French and English (Italian is a plus)

• University degree or further education in the field of marketing or Sales

• Good project management skills in operational marketing

• Highly independent, goal-oriented and motivated person

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal with pressure

• Well organized, reliable and able to take responsibility

• Feeling comfortable dealing with different stakeholders on a daily basis
