Current Opportunities:

Our Zurich office is looking for:

Marketing & Business Development Assistant | 80%-100% | Zurich

Your responsibilities:

  • Participation in the execution and evolution of the marketing, communication, and business development strategy to develop RSM Switzerland's activities.
  • Preparation of responses and support to tenders, client proposals, and client contracts.
  • Conducting market research/studies to support marketing, communication, and business development activities.
  • Participation in the creative development and creation/delivery of content and materials (key visuals, physical, print, and digital assets, presentations, merchandising, etc.)
  • Creation of internal and external communication for RSM Switzerland.
  • Participation in the development of RSM Switzerland's presence (e.g. campaign creation) and support in managing of social media accounts and online platforms.
  • Support in managing RSM Switzerland website (e.g., maintenance, content, SEO)
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of the different RSM online presences through regular reporting.
  • Co-organising and creation of physical and virtual corporate events (internal and external).
  • Participation in the development of our local & global partnerships.
  • Participation in various internal transformation projects related to marketing, communication and business development.
  • Administrative and other assistance to the teams as required.

Your profile:

  • 1 or 2 year of work experience
  • You have a bachelor or master’s in business administration or marketing, or a related field.
  • You have professional proficiency in German & English, French is an additional asset.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • You have an interest and knowledge of creative & marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Adobe Suite)
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and you can work in a team as well as independently and autonomously.
  • You have a good ability to work closely with various high-level stakeholders (e.g., Partners and Managers) to communicate and share your point of view as well as to present your work.
  • You are a fast learner, well organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You have an enthusiastic, collaborative, curious, and caring mindset.
