Manpower is recruiting for its client Philip Morris International in Lausanne a Capability project Manager Junior for a 6 months mission (extendable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of internal trainings and events (face-to-face & hybrid)
- Coordinate with local and global agencies from briefing to execution
- Manage operational tasks: hotel bookings, experience logistics, PO placement and all the financial follow-up
- Assist in program evaluation and reporting
- Create and manage presentations (PowerPoint) and tracking tools (Excel)
Profile:
- Passionate about brands and brand experience
- Experience in organizing events and managing logistics
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
