TelcoGuard AG is a leading Swiss-headquartered provider of cutting-edge solutions to international mobile network operators. As a key member of our young, dynamic, and truly international team, you will take ownership of all legal matters for our Swiss Head Office - playing a crucial role in driving our global success.

Your impact

In this highly autonomous role, you will be the central legal expert for Switzerland and a legal advisor across the whole company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the go-to expert for Swiss corporate, commercial, and contract law
• Drafting, reviewing, and eventually negotiating international agreements with top-tier global partners
• Managing all corporate governance matters (“corporate housekeeping”), including Board and Shareholder documentation
• Overseeing compliance for the Swiss Head Office
• Serving as the primary contact for Swiss authorities and legal departments of clients and partners

What you bring

• A law degree from a Swiss university (Master’s / LLM / MCL or equivalent), ideally complemented by bar admission in Switzerland or abroad
  • Alternatively: a legal Master’s degree from a foreign university with several years of relevant experience in Swiss law
• Ideally experience or training in a Common Law jurisdiction (a plus, not a must)
• Fluency in English and German (including legal drafting precision)

You are also:

• Passionate about commercial law and the business world
• Driven to achieve excellence with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Ideally equipped with experience in a business or corporate environment (a plus, not a must)
