Chief Information Security Officer
MyLife Diabetes Care AG is a new, independent medtech company specialising in the treatment of diabetes using advanced insulin pump systems. To strengthen our Corporate Services Department, we are looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer for our Diabetes Care Business in the B2C sector at our new Headquarter in Burgdorf.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
- Responsibility for defining, implementing, and continuously developing the cybersecurity strategy
- Further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including risk and vulnerability management
- Responsibility for defining and implementing security requirements and specifications
- Conducting risk assessments and security audits as well as resolving security incidents
- Designing security awareness measures
- Supporting the establishment and expansion of knowledge databases, rules and regulations, and process automation
- Supporting projects and defining measures in the area of information security
- Completed degree with a focus on business informatics or computer science
- Ideally, an MAS in information security or certification in information security (CISA, CISM, CISSP)
- In-depth knowledge of the interrelationships between cyber and information security factors
- Several years of professional experience as a CISO or in a comparable position, preferably in the field of medical technology or in an industrial environment
- Proven knowledge of the relevant industry standards (ISO 2700x; NIST, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking and action, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to deal with criticism and conflicts
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
