As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for execution of various tasks in HR area, especially employee data management in Workday and other HR systems connected to employee life cycle management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administrative support in physical archiving files
• Preparation and provision of personnel files, particularly scanning/copying documents
• Organizing archiving process on place
• Managing outsource archiving company relationship

Who we are looking for:

• Commercial apprenticeship
• First professional experience in the commercial field
• Experience in HR is desirable
• Good IT skills in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Very precise and reliable way of working, discretion in handling sensitive HR data
• Fluent in English and German speaking and writing
