With your product and process expertise and knowledge, you will define, maintain and optimize ancillary services along the entire value chain, for further developments and serve as a contact person for various interfaces to achieve commercial and customer satisfaction goals.
- Define, analyze, and drive the commercial ancillary product "Inflight Connectivity" for LHG aircrafts (LH, LX, OS, SN) in collaboration with the category manager.
- Lead marketing mix implementation, define business requirements, and streamline standards/processes.
- Transform ideas into structured opportunities to meet commercial targets and customer satisfaction
- Prepare business plans, cost/revenue analyses and decision documents.
- Support ancillary service projects and rollouts.
- Document and enhance product/process knowledge.
- Collaborate with delivery/experience units while cross functional lobbying for ancillaries
- Manage interfaces and adapt to market changes to inform portfolio management, utilize customer insights & retailing possibilities at all touch points

- University degree in marketing, business administration, communication or a related field or comparable long-term work experience
- Experience in product management, E-commerce, retailing, revenue management, project management; ideally in aviation and ancillary services
- Methodical & structured work
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (esp. Powerpoint, Excel & Teams)
- Very good communication skills (spoken & written English, German advantage) and confidence in working in an international environment
- Excellent interface management with stakeholders
- Customer centric mindset and deep understanding
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changes
- Team player and abilities to inspire and motivate teams to collaborate towards a joint goal
