User Experience Designer & Researcher (UX)
Our Marketing and Sales teams are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world and support them by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
For our Swiss subsidiary in Global Human Health based in Lucerne we are currently looking for an experienced User Experience Designer & Researcher (UX) working together with a cross functional team on engaging ways of communicating and interacting with customers and patients through digital channels and technologies. (full-time, indefinite).

THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Leading workshops to develop the best user experience using design thinking and product/service design methods
Implementing UX research methodologies, developing user research plans, conducting research and synthesizing learning
Designing blueprints, wireframes, workflows, personas and scenarios for digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, infographics, videos, animations, websites, landing pages, mobile applications, social media, etc.
Analysing customer metrics and usability tests to understand decision-making behaviour of our audience
Staying on top of the latest UX/UI methodologies and technology trends
Facilitating the creation of user stories together with the product owner and participating in sprint meetings
Master's degree in Marketing Research, Design, Dconomics, Information System Management or equivalent qualification
Experience with user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility
Deep understanding of user experience and user interface design with expertise of the Adobe creative suite
Experience working on digital products together with IT departments
Knowledge of usability testing and customer feedback solutions
Experience mentoring, training and leading UI graphic design teams
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate UX ideas, flows and solutions to cross-functional teams
Excellent hands on graphic design skills
Experienced in interview and research facilitation
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or medical device industry is an asset
Fluency in English and German languages. French knowledge is a plus and strongly desired
User-centred design mindset to ensure best possible experiences for our customers and patients.
Research and data driven approach to design principles.
Ability to communicate, facilitate and present in a concise and persuasive manner to peers and senior management.
Excellent coaching, training and people building skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
