Are you passionate about shaping the future of collaboration solutions and eager to be a key player in Microsoft's modern workplace transformation? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System Engineer to join our dynamic team.

• Develop, implement, and migrate cutting-edge collaboration solutions for our clients, encompassing platforms like Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Azure and Attendant / Contact Center solutions (Luware, Competella etc.)
• Design, implement, and migrate solutions for our customers in Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365, Intune and Security)
• Support and accompany our customers in the transformation in Microsoft Modern Workplace
• Provide technical consulting services, creating comprehensive concepts and proposing solutions for our diverse clientele
• Plan and execute SIP trunk and PBX connections using AudioCodes session border controllers for our customers
• Participate in our 24/7 on-call organization, handling support requests related to Microsoft topics from our B2B customers
• With your technical expertise, you are the interface to our customers in the Microsoft domain. Your expertise will be crucial in defining new processes and standards within your area of responsibility

• Successfully completed studies as a telecommunications or IT engineer, or equivalent training and experience
• Good technicalknowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, particularly in Microsoft Teams Voice and additional solutions for attendant or call center environments
• Microsoft certifications in one or more relevant areas
• Familiarity with other Microsoft services and products is advantageous, including Microsoft Defender family, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), or knowledge of the Azure Cloud
• Project experience in conceiving and engineering IT solutions in the Microsoft environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-oriented approach, demonstrating independent and precise work ethic along with a high level of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills, enjoying collaborative teamwork
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and proficient in spoken and written English
