Our client is a medium size company active in the Medtech sector and leader in its field of activity, with offices in Europe, Middle East, North America, Oceania and an office in Zurich, Switzerland as the base for its senior management.
Given the expansion plan and the current growth, the company is looking for a senior professional and leader in Human Resources, based in the Zurich office, Switzerland.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the HR strategy and function and will support Business leaders to achieve the company’s short and long-term goals through an effective and engaged Human Resources Organization and People.
Build solid HR foundations, processes and systems, to manage all HR operations and administration while harmonizing HR practices and processes across the organization, building Group standards and supporting the organizational and cultural transformation across the company. Act as a senior HR Business partner to senior managers.

- HR Business partner role and support to the CEO, VP Corporate Development and to business leaders
- Employee relations and Internal Communication
- HR Administration and Operations
- Talent management: including Talent acquisition, Performance management, Career development, internal mobility
- Training & Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Succession planning
- Organizational Design and Cultural transformation
- Stakeholders’ relations management
You have a solid generalist experience in a senior HR management role, with international exposure to different countries and culture, in the industry, ideally in the medtech and life sciences sectors.
Mastering all aspects of the HR function, you also have a solid experience in designing and building HR processes, systems and foundations as well as leading transformation and implementing the necessary HR initiatives across the organization, with both strategic and operational capabilities while being very hands-on and pragmatic.
Entrepreneurial and business minded leader with positive energy and drive, action and result oriented, you are capable to deliver with a clear customer focus and collaborative approach and to manage relations and key stakeholders across the company.
