Institute Coordinator
The mission of the Institute of Molecular Health Sciences is to understand the molecular underpinnings of health and disease and translate knowledge into therapeutic approaches.
As of September 1st, 2026 (or by agreement), the institute is looking for a new Institute Coordinator.
- Oversee the institute's day-to-day operations
- Lead budget planning and management
- Execute administrative and organizational tasks
- Drive the institute’s web presence and internal communications
- Coordinate teaching logistics
- The successful applicant should have completed a business apprenticeship with relevant continuing education, hold a higher education qualification, or possess equivalent training and experience. Professional experience in a similar role, especially in a university setting, is a plus.
- The position requires excellent German and English communication and writing skills, a proactive and adaptable approach to work, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- This is a central role at the heart of the institute, ensuring its smooth operation and supporting research and education conducted here. We are looking for someone who enjoys managing a diverse portfolio of projects – from day-to-day operational responsibilities to complex, strategic initiatives – and who takes ownership of keeping the institute running smoothly.
