About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Improve all activities in the customs network from production location to point of sale
Support the Head of SCM Global Customs on the strategic development of the global supply chain infrastructure
Shape and implement SCM elements for customs in collaboration with Procurement, Supply Planning, Sales and Product Development
Support the development of state-of-the art processes and systems for all Customs related matters including the definition and execution of large-scale projects to secure the appropriate Customs infrastructure and avoid Customs operational delays (3rd party logistics processes)
Support the preparation and execution of monthly meetings for Global – regional alignment on customs topics
Collaborate with Global Business Services to understand if the processes for product tariff classification and trade compliance are working correctly
Prepare and analyze reports to highlight improvement potentials and drive the implementation by initiating projects in cooperation with production and distribution network partners, which involve system interfaces and operative changes
Set the framework for best-in-class service levels across all distribution channels and markets through alignment, pro-active communication with commercial business functions and proposals for constraints’ resolution throughout the supply chain
Tackle Master Data topics related to Customs for any system related changes/updates
Drive cost-saving measures through the implementation of Free Trade Agreements across Swarovski network
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree/ Education, preferably in Supply Chain or Tax
2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
