• In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du bei der Weiterentwicklung einer umfassenden Produktstrategie und Roadmap für Module der Axon Ivy Plattform, die auf der Gesamtvision und den Geschäftszielen des Unternehmens basiert.
• Dabei bewertest Du Marktrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und die Wettbewerbslandschaft, um aufkommende Trends und bewährte Verfahren in der Branche zur Produktdifferenzierung und -wachstum zu identifizieren. 
• In Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams priorisierst Du Funktionserweiterungen und legst Releasepläne und -zeiten fest. 
• Du fungierst als Stimme des Kunden innerhalb des Unternehmens, um Kundenbedürfnisse, -präferenzen und -schmerzpunkte zu repräsentieren.
• Darüber hinaus arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Marketingteam bei der Erstellung von Produktbotschaften, -materialien und -strategien zur Steigerung der Benutzerakzeptanz zusammen.

• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Manager oder Product Owner in der Softwarebranche und eine technische Affinität mit. 
• Außerdem verfügst Du über einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.
• Idealerweise hast Du schon Erfahrung in der Geschäftsprozessautomatisierung (BPM), Workflow-Management und verwandten Softwarelösungen.
• In einer agilen Entwicklungsumgebung fühlst Du Dich wohl und kannst erfolgreich arbeiten. 
• Probleme löst Du gerne sofort und analytisch, Du bist kreativ, eigenmotiviert und empathisch. Zudem überzeugst Du sowohl durch ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten als auch durch Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Du sprichst gerne und sicheres Englisch. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

• In this role, you will support the further development of a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Axon Ivy platform modules based on the company's overall vision and business objectives.
• You will assess market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape to identify emerging trends and industry best practices for product differentiation and growth. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature enhancements and determine release plans and timelines. 
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to represent customer needs, preferences and pain points. 
• You will also work closely with our marketing team to create product messaging, materials and strategies to increase user adoption.

• You have several years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the software industry and a technical affinity. 
• You also have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you already understand business process automation (BPM), workflow management and related software solutions.
• You feel comfortable in an agile development environment.
• You like to solve problems immediately and analytically, you are creative, self-motivated and empathetic. You also have a confident and engaging manner and are assertive.
• You like to speak English fluently. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
