Purpose of the position:

As the technical management Assistant you will report to the Plant Manager and contribute to the success of Ball by taking responsibility for the execution of the described tasks, as well as engaging in the continuous development of the management system, process flows, implementation of CI projects (e.g. Lean Office, as well as in the operational areas). Further you will take ownership for assigned projects and deliver trainings to the shopfloor staff.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Management assistance with flair for technical content to project management (creation of process flows, work instructions, overview lists, presentations, support in document management system).

•    Be part of the plant training team, delivering trainings to shopfloor staff.

•    Organization, coordination and steering/co-support of various projects for the EHS, Quality, Production, Lean and HR departments.

•    Classic front office activities (reception, telephony and organization, working time control, etc.).

•    Substitution during absences of the reception colleagues.

•    Cooperation with and support of various departments (correspondence, statistics).

Knowledge and experience required:

•    Completed basic commercial and/or technical training

•    Several years of experience in a similar position in an international corporation

•    Advanced training in project management (an advantage)

•    Very good MS-Office skills

•    Foreign language English (min. B-level)
