HR Assistant (summer Internship, 3 months)

To support our Human Resources team at our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland we are looking for an:

To support HR team with different daily tasks as well as contribute to HR projects.

• Help maintain and monitor the databases and employee files;
• Prepare and maintain Ad-hoc internal reporting activities;
• Prepare other data, reports needed for management and other institutions;
• Provide support in HR projects;

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
• Very good skills with MS Office (mainly Excel, Power Point), knowledge of HRIS would be a plus

• Result Orientation: Possesses and applies knowledge and skills necessary for task completion.
• Teamwork: Works cooperatively with others and as part of a team.

• French and English (spoken & written).
• German language is a plus.
