For one of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a
Senior Finance Business Analyst - PeopleSoft
Missions:
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements related to Finance product enhancements and initiatives.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications to support solutions design and implementation, in alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy Finance solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert on Finance capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and product team.
Profile:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional consultant with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
Proven track record of successful financials systems implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
Advanced functional knowledge of at least 2 of the following PeopleSoft modules:
General Ledger
Accounts Receivable
Lease Administration
Project Costing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions / UX design concepts.
Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, French a big advantage.
Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making from a UX perspective.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks a strong asset.
Working experience in a SAFe / Agile environment a strong asset.
