As a Director, you will lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution. You will help to continue the exciting growth of our cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries. Your Skill Set

• 10+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, or Industrial Products.
• Strong communication, consulting, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Expertise in delivering complex security transformation projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Manufacturing, and Security teams.
• Build strategic relationships with clients and vendors.
• Experience with cybersecurity functions (e.g., OT Security, supply chain, incident response) and regulations (NIS2, EU CRA).
• Leadership and business development experience in multi-cultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards (IEC-62243, NIST CS).
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, etc.) beneficial.
