Geneva’s head office steers the overall commercial, marketing and logistic activities while the scientific department takes care of new product development and clinical trials.

Your mission:

Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will support the Sales and Marketing department in a wide variety of tasks - from the organisation of congresses to the creation of promotional materials, maintaining our sales database, monitoring subsidiaries and distributors as well as supporting digital projects and assets.

Your responsibilities:

• Help organise and coordinate marketing events and congresses, including digital conferences, workshops, e-congresses and distance learning
• Compiling and distributing sales and financial information such as sales spreadsheets
• Database management and analysis
• Budget and invoice tracking
• Supporting the Creation/Update of marketing materials such as company brochures, folders, presentations etc.
• Support the creation and management of digital/graphic assets
• Prepare documents, minutes, presentations and spreadsheets for meetings
• Provide administrative and logistic support for a variety of marketing programs

Your profile:

• Commercial CFC or equivalent, training in marketing a plus
• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing/commercial domain, ideally exposure to the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written), used to C level
• Attention to details and precision
• Good communication skills
• Happy with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Positive thinker, good problem-solving skills, team player
• Ready to travel up to 20%
• Able to work also independently/with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
