Senior Managing Consultant
To support Trestle growing our business, mainly in the broader Zurich area but also internationally, we are looking for a Senior Managing Consultant, equally agile in both Delivery and in Sales.
You have 10+ years’ experience in “hard-core” consultancy with a relevant and established network of senior influencers and decision-makers, esp. in Financial Services. You have very strong hands-on delivery skills and are equally at ease in acquiring new business.
Besides being very fluent in (Swiss) German and English, you speak the language of change and transformation, i.e. you deliver complex projects, turnaround businesses, design innovative solutions, etc. You are experienced in personally generating leads and concluding sales.
You are very knowledgeable in at least one of our three practices: i) Operational Excellence & Sourcing, ii) Risk, Regulatory & Compliance, iii) Digital Transformation. The latter is leveraging our company dedicated to Artificial Intelligence: http://4th-ir.com.
You like the challenge and to compete. We will work closely together towards reaching and exceeding set targets in terms of motivating our people, delighting our clients, improving profitability and boosting revenues.
