Senior Production Technician | Electronics

In close collaboration with the development team, we bring new instruments into the series production flow. We also work closely with the sales team to make sure we supply our customers on time and with premium service.

Your responsibilities

• Be the technical lead for the repair team
• Responsible for the diagnostics and repair of production and customer instruments
• Electronics circuit investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Owner of the repair procedures, processes, and work instructions
• Lead improvement projects to optimize quality and efficiency
• Business process owner for the repair processes in the ERP system

 Your profile:

• Technical apprenticeship and HF/FH degree in electrical engineering or electronics
• 5 years+ experience in an industrial environment
• First leadership experience is a big plus
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and EDA tools for circuit design
• Experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills, analytic and solution oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working style
• Fluent in English, German is nice to have
