- Independent performance of organizational and administrative tasks; - Management of the group mailbox and coordination of daily business; - Review and adherence to contract conditions with external service providers in terms of maintenance intervals for all equipment & machinery, e.g. air conditioning and fire alarm systems; - Administration of the access systems including allocation of the corresponding badges; - Inventory of all hardware; - Archive management; - Continuous review, optimization and adaptation of all existing processes.
- Swiss KV degree (or equivalent) with experience in a similar role; - Excellent verbal and written language skills, both in English and German is essential; - Proficient MS Office user; - High level of initiative, client-orientation and discretion; - Efficient, accurate and reliable working style; flexible and able to work under pressure.
