We are the world's largest encrypted email provider and are looking to expand our offerings to businesses of all sizes. You'll work with all teams at ProtonMail to drive and enable growth of the business. You'll lead efforts to get us into new markets, help us launch new products, and unlock new revenue opportunities. Forming relationships with other business entites, revenue sharing partnerships, and inroad into government grants are all priorities.

As a founding member of our business team you will:

  • Help identify and implement new opportunities that grow ProtonMail's business.
  • Work with product to prioritize and launch products most important to our segments.
  • Design and manage the business and operational systems and processes that make ProtonMail tick.
  • Identify and perform analyses and research that help us make the right growth decisions for ProtonMail.
  • Attend conferences and lead outreach to form new partnerships.

Recommended skills:

  • Attitude for digging deep into data, and thinking from first principles.
  • Experience in a highly strategic, analytical and operational role within a rapidly growing company.
  • Experience in product or project management, taking projects from conception to launch.
  • A proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners.
  • You excel in analytics and problem solving.
  • Experience in a high growth technology company.
  • Experience in the email, domain name, or messenging space.
