As Cloud Collaboration Engineer you will be jointly responsible for the operation and further development of the existing collaboration service. You will also assist the current team with overarching tasks of cloud policy assignment and app / add-in integration for automation based solutions in the Azure / M365 stack. You will interact and work closely with different teams, IT experts, business representatives and architects as well as other relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our team. You will be part of a team that drives our long term cloud journey to the next level. The role will be based at our Zurich office. You will be working in an international team.
What You Will Do
- you will analyze, design, plan, test, deploy, secure and maintain/monitor, MS Teams and M365 Apps platforms for the organizations' critical applications and related IT infrastructure
- apply and grow existing functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Microsoft cloud offerings
- be a technical subject matter expert on cloud IT Infrastructure systems with focus on MS Teams, Live Events, Policies
- you are as comfortable working with a technical international team as you are with client business users and you know how to build bridges between the two
What You Bring
- previous experience working with MS Teams of min. 3 years. (Voice, Chat, Live Events)
- knowledge of Office 365 Apps integration (3rd party or Microsoft Apps)
- familiar and experienced with Microsoft's Technology Ecosystem (MS Teams, M365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Azure)
- information security awareness
- knowledge of PowerShell for daily tasks
