We are looking to hire a person to lead Alliance Management responsibilities for one of the Deloitte-Cloud Hyperscaler Alliances in Switzerland.

This role will be at the center of Consulting strategic big plays and will work closely with senior leadership at Deloitte as well as with stakeholders within the wider ecosystem of alliances and external Alliance relationships.
We are looking for a proactive Alliance Manager who is able to navigate across a complex organization and network, and operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
You build trusted relationships among one of the Cloud Hyperscalers and Deloitte leadership. Continually articulate Deloitte's value proposition to the leadership teams of the Cloud Hyperscaler. Establish a collaborative environment where key leaders from each organization can meet to identify new market opportunities that drive incremental revenues for all parties involved.

Key responsibilities include:
Understand the Cloud Alliance partner's global and local organization and ensure good and trusted relationships withthe Account Executives, Alliance Management, Pre Sales organization and leadership
Facilitate the collaboration between Deloitte and the Cloud Hyperscaler especially around key industry and clients, including setting up Quarterly Business Review.
Support the alignment between Deloitte Leadership and the Cloud Alliance leadership, and facilitate regular connect between both executives, especially around key initiatives and accounts in order to formalize account development plan in collaboration with LCSP, account team and Account Executives.
Manage local pipeline and reporting, including reaching the ACV and Managed Fees targets.
Articulate the business value of the Cloud Hyperscaler's products & services and suggest ways that Deloitte's Client Service Leaders can leverage the relationship within their own businesses. Proactively seek opportunities to leverage past successes in new markets and Support the bid teams on selected key opportunities.
Help facilitate training for Deloitte practitioners on the Cloud Hyperscaler's offerings and help track and plan training and certifications in order to achieve our Certification ambitions
Work closely with Alliance Marketing team to create a marketing plan that supports the alliance business objectives. Provide support and oversight to marketing campaign and event execution. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure collateral is up-to-date.
Keep the Deloitte leadership aware of any local market and Cloud Hyperscaler evolutions (competitions, key people, ...)
Supporting the GTM by supporting GTM Marketing events from Deloitte or in collaboration with the Cloud Hyperscaler.
Building a network with other country, regional and global Alliance managers to share and implement best practices.
Your professional experience
Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within professional services.
Knowledge and experience of Alliance Management and/or Account & Relationship Management beneficial, especially with a Cloud Hyperscaler
Excellent organizational skills, proactive and ability to use initiative
Excellent written and oral communications skills, with strong attention to detail
Proven experience engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders
Ability to establish rapport with executives and employees at all levels
Good judgement and the ability to work on own initiative, managing team and project outputs accurately to time/budget requirements
