Consulting Marketer - Temporary position - Zurich (80 - 100%)

We are looking for an experienced, organized, agile, and team-oriented marketer to temporarily lead our Consulting marketing strategy and execution. The individual will be accountable for creating and executing ROI driven marketing activities using the full marketing suite and will engage with stakeholders across the business unit in order to deliver impactful experiences for our clients.
The role involves providing strategic and tactical marketing advice, as well as designing and driving the delivery of campaigns. This is a fixed term opportunity for a minimum of 6 months, starting as soon as possible, with a potential extension. The position will report to the Head of Marketing and is based in our Zurich headquarters.
About the role
In conjunction with the consulting leadership, define & execute a marketing plan which aligns with the business unit's growth objectives
Lead high-profile marketing initiatives such as thought leadership, events, digital and social media campaigns that present compelling and innovative experiences for our clients whilst ensuring ongoing buy-in and engagement from the business
Collaborate with the wider C&I team for example PR, Research, Design Studio and Digital team, in order to deliver distinctiveness in all consulting marketing campaigns
Drive the go-to-market agenda within Consulting. This will involve agreeing treatment for priority areas within Consulting, apportioning budget and resource, driving activities and reporting back on ROI.
Liaise with global and European marketing counterparts to share knowledge, best practices and to leverage (marketing) assets.

Your qualifications & profile
Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or economics, with a focus on marketing.
5-8 years of marketing experience (professional services preferred).
Influencing skills - the role holder will need to be able to put the marketing function's views across clearly, articulating the benefits of marketing activity in business terms, and have the confidence to engage with senior audiences.
Ability to develop a high-level understanding of complex, technical subject matters and entrepreneurial topics.
Experience in executing activities across the full marketing mix and targeting a senior business audience.
Excellent organisation skills, ability to run multiple tasks and deliver results.
Capable of delivering to short deadlines to keep up with a dynamic market environment.
Experience with leading people.
Working experience with Salesforce and Marketo an asset.
Fluency in English. German or French is a plus.
