Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an entire sales cycle from inception to closure: prospecting, discovery, evaluation, proposal, close, and handoff to Customer Success Team
  • Understand all aspects of MachIQ's DCX & APM products, and value propositions to build, grow and manage a pipeline of accounts; effectively communicate ROI to prospective customers
  • Pitch our solution to enterprises, to create brand awareness and cultivate new relationships
  • Contribute consistently to increasing revenue by signing new accounts, carrying monthly targets
  • Follow-up & close deals with leads generated by our existing Go-To-Market partners
  • Understand the machine building industry & market-research trends and best practices, read business publications, seek out learning and development opportunities and utilise internal resources
  • Collaborate with customer success to define scalable, efficient and sustainable sales processes, and assist in post-sales engagement of account transition
  • Report on sales activity of the market, and new business development

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers, and fully understands their needs to help find ways to grow their own Services business with their customers
  • Strong sense of ownership of processes and developing new accounts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal partners, including the technical teams, to provide vital feedback on the product
  • Switch between lead-generation and deal closing activities as needed
  • Strong organisational skills, with track record of closing deals
  • Able to work in a growing and fast pace environment
  • Work in a very international, multilingual (English, German, French) environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, high achiever, and target oriented

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales quota attainment selling to medium & large Enterprises with complex consultative sales cycles
  • Previous experience selling to industrials, machine building companies and German/Austrian/Swiss Mittelstand companies strongly preferred
  • Proven experience of closing deals of up to 6 figures for B2B software or SaaS companies
  • Previous experience in Sales with Tier 2 companies /Startups is a big plus (We love heavy lifters who work for underdogs)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • High degree of organisation, efficiency, urgency and follow through on sales priorities
  • Eagerness to tune, tweak and improve a rapidly evolving client engagement process
  • Travel up to 50% of the time domestically and within Europe

MUST be fluent in English & German. French is a plus.
