For our Vice President and Country General Manager we are looking for a sparring partner for the position of

Executive Assistant (DE/FR/EN) - 80-100%
Zurich or Neuchatel and Home Office is possible

The Executive Assistant will support our VP as his ' right-hand man ' and contribute to various projects and initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between our VP, employees and external partners,
  • Be a proactive sparring partner to our VP,
  • Implication in and lead for various internal projects,
  • Support VP with his communications,
  • Research, analysis and preparation of data, facts and reference documents for decision-making and market observation purposes,
  • Coordinationandorganizationalworkincluding:
    • Task management,
    • Agenda and email organization,
    • Business trip logistics,
    • Daily business requests.
  • Prepare meetings and events including note taking,
  • Prepare various presentations.

Your experience:

  • 3-5 years Assistant experience, ideally in a plurilingual environment,
  • Previous Project Management experience,
  • Hotel Management, Hotel Reception or Staffing Agency experience is a plus.

Your skills:

  • Native German or French speaker with a good command of the English language,
  • Intermediate level of the other national language (German for French speakers and French for German speakers),
  • Digitally savvy with an interest in media and social media,
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liase with all employees across an organization,
  • Service oriented, flexible and open minded,
  • Comfortable with MS Office applications and SharePoint,
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work in a fast pace environment,
  • Ability to work independently and take proactive actions,
  • Sense of discretion and trustworthy.
