YOUR TASK
For the Virtual Center :

Manage and coordinate the financial planning process (Budget, 5yfp budget review)Monthly reporting (incl. KPIs) and related analysis using Planisware and SAP

Lead the financial side of the annual review and request (Agile process specific to the program)

Identify gaps deviation and trends in the data and support decision-making process 

Ensure a well-functioning communication and alignment of people as regards to all financial topics and changes

Organise and lead financial meetings with the core team and stakeholders (Program owner, other divisions) 

Project controlling process development, asset management and business case development
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in economics with proven experience in project controlling and business case development

Solid experience in effectively manage and design financial processes

Advanced knowledge of IT tools (SAP, Excel, Planisware)

Structured, meticulous and able to be relevantly assertive

Strong relationship and communication skills in managing multiple stakeholders across the organizationAutonomous, flexible, proactive & team oriented

Fluency in French and English and a good knowledge of German is an asset
