Global Petroprojects Services provides tailored solutions to specific human resources needs in order to support worldwide operational activities of its mother company Saipem within the Oil & Gas Service Industry. For our office in Zurich, we are looking for an addition to our Front desk team starting as soon as possible.

Front Desk Secretary 100% (m/w)

Accountabilities

  • Distribution of incoming mail correspondence;
  • Answering, screening and redirecting phone calls;
  • Welcoming visitors;
  • Coordinating and preparation of meeting rooms;
  • Booking of hotels, flights and train tickets through the Company travel department or directly through the supplier;
  • Inputting updates in the company travel tool;
  • Arranging legalizations and translations of documents;
  • Assistance to the Managing Director;
  • Other administrative tasks.

 

What we are looking for

  • Commercial or related Apprenticeship;
  • Experience in a similar role is beneficial;
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Positive, professional and customer service attitude
  • Punctual and reliable;
  • Good knowledge of most common Microsoft Office applications in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
