General/Senior Legal Counsel

We are currently looking for candidates to fill the newly created position of:
General/Senior Legal Counsel m/f
Your future scope of responsibilities/tasks
As General/Senior Legal Counsel you will operate in an international business-to-business environment and support the business strategy and business operations by giving pro-active, result-oriented and creative legal support and advice while acting as a trusted and value adding business partner. As Business Partner you establish an internal legal department with main focus on drafting, negotiating and advising contracts and related legal documents. You interact and advice CABB executive committee and board members, other departments and entities outside of Switzerland (mainly Europe) and support managing the legal risks connected with and/or resulting from the business strategy and operations. You actively support the implementation of CABB values, code of business conduct and other corporate requirements. Moreover, you perform and support legal audits as well.
Our ideal candidate for this position would be an individual who has good social and organization skills, is able to take initiative and is well experienced in negotiation and drafting contracts. She/He is a team player and result-oriented with a can-do mindset. A successfully completed university degree of Law (preferably in Switzerland), admission to the bar, paired with 8 - 10 years of professional working experience in a similar position, would be mandatory. Moreover, you will have to have a proficient command of the English and German as native language. Good understanding of economics and business administration is an essential component of this function.
