Place of work
The head of Sales Excellence and Retention leads a critical function at HQ that leads and coordinates a “One Selecta Sales approach” across 14 countries. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer of the Group, the Head of S&R takes care of:
Formulate strategic Sales guideline and approach
Determine Best Practice sales models, structures
Set KPIs, objectives, key processes
Develop and implement performance based Sales compensation frameworks (in coordination with Group HR)
Work closely with country MD to drive improvement in Sales and Retention in all 14 countries
Minimum 7 years of professional experience
Preferably management consulting background
English is a must, any other language skills a welcome
Extensive work in Sales/retention, familiar with go to market models, best practice sales structures, processes, organization
High EQ – able to influence/drive sales performance in markets without direct line responsibility for the local Sales organization
The Sales Excellence function is a Staff function at HQ level. The leader will recruit a small, high-caliber team to support the effort.
The role would be a great starting point at Selecta, next career step would be taking over direct market responsibility.
