As Head Support Services you will be an expert professional for helping build, run and change the IT infrastructure of our worldwide locations within a high performing team.
Technical management of the 1st & 2nd lvl IT support team - for all end users at Vontobel globally
Personnel management of the two team leads of 1st level & 2nd level support as well as the support center staff in the US
Ensuring a customer-oriented high-quality 1st & 2nd level IT support in accordance with internal guidelines and KPIs
Responsible for a ensuring agreed operational monitoring support (6x24hx365d) in shift operations
Improvement of the existing processes and tools
Interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams and units
Process owner for Incident and Request Management
Management support on IT Operation matters
Participation in projects
Rotation as incident manager
Budget responsibility for the relevant area
Master's degree in IT or similar or at least 3 years practical experience
You have several years of experience in personal and technical management
You impress with your ability to identify, prioritize and implement customer needs
Confident appearance, skilful in reasoning and negotiation, as well as excellent organizational and coordination skills
High flexibility and independent way of working
Good ITIL, DevOps and agile methods knowledge
Experience in business process management is an advantage
Business fluency in English and German - spoken and written
