At Tokenestate.io we’re developing a blockchain-powered real estate investing platform and tokenization-as-a-service for real estate funds. With our solution, individuals will invest in real estate from a mobile app, and real estate funds will raise financing by issuing their own security token on our platform.
Tokenestate.io was initiated by a highly qualified team of Swiss-based professionals with deep expertise in real estate investments, compliance, Swiss and international law, banking IT systems, smart contracts, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Today our objectives are to design and execute a world-class ICO to finance the development of the Tokenestate.io platform, and to launch the first real estate token in the 2H 2018.
To achieve this goal, we are looking for an accomplished Investor Relations / Business Development Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of real estate investment. You will want to:
Develop a thorough understanding of the market dynamics in the crypto space and anticipate investors needs.
Plan, develop, and execute fundraising strategies in close collaboration with the Tokenestate.io team.
Initiate and maintain Investor Relations with contacts in Switzerland, EU, US, Russia; and convert such relations in financing commitments.
Be a thought leader in the topic of real estate tokens and security tokens in general. Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and produce social media content.
Play an active role in organizing our events and roadshow which will take place at international scale.
Be a team player and contribute in a general sense to the development of Tokenestate.io by identifying potential partners, strategic investors and participation to the elaboration of the company’s strategy.
What we’re looking for:
Experienced investor relation professional with a strong network and a track record in fundraising, business development or any other related field.
A great communicator with superb in-person presentation skills and ability to attract and retain public’s attention. Ability to address both small and large audiences.
Go getter who delivers under tight timelines and welcomes new challenges.
Passionate and collaborative, who shares our vision and is willing to build an awesome platform and company to work for.
Fluent in English; other languages, especially Russian, German are a clear asset
Prior knowledge of the blockchain and of real estate markets will be highly valued
Tokenestate.io is based in Geneva, Switzerland. Remote work with regular visits to Geneva is possible depending on profile & location. The position is to be filled immediately.
