For our Sales & Marketing department in Regensdorf – Zürich, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/w) 100%

Starting as soon as possible or upon agreement.

Your Profile

Various years of experience in marketing, sales and account management, preferably within the Media & Advertising and /or Consumer goods Industry.

Strong Omnichannel / Digital Out Of Home knowledge within the Swiss / European Markets.

Degree in Business Administration / Excellent German and English skills, both verbal & written, French and Italian knowledge are an advantage

High degree of self-confidence, initiative and commitment to customer satisfaction and commercial success

Strong analytical, communication, selling & influencing skills (internally + externally)

Consultative & Strategic attitude

Positive & entrepreneurial spirit

Your Responsibilities

Development and expansion of our Omnichannel / Digital Out Of Home products and services within the European and Swiss markets.

Maintaining and Managing existing Key Account customers as well as acquiring new key accounts

Build & maintain relationships with the customer on a strategic & operational level.

Ensure regular visits with key decision makers/ influencers.

Gather, listen and analyse the business challenges of the customers and develop compelling solutions.

Drive growth targets by managing a healthy pipeline and proactive thinking.

Own + drive the tender process within the sector with all relevant stakeholders.

Drive negotiation & finalization of contract in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.

Ensure there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with customers and products.

Establish and monitor monthly customer KPI analysis & reports.

Constantly build market & customer intelligence in the respective sector.

Make sure that data in CRM tool & account planning are maintained
