Leader Business Application Switzerland (m/w/d)

The Model Group develops, produces and supplies high-quality packaging made of solid and corrugated cardboard, from simple transport packaging to highly refined chocolate and perfume boxes. The group is present with subsidiaries in eight countries. Group headquarters are located in Weinfelden, Switzerland.

We are looking for a self-motivated change agent with extensive experience in the field of
Business Application to fulfill the role as

That's your job:

• Work with the Group CIO and other ICT leaders to develop overall ICT strategy in the context of the business strategy
• Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the application organization, including staffing, budgeting and implementing the defined goals
• Lead a team of currently 7 people
• Drive international expansion and be ready to scale the organization
• Support in various planning activities related to the digitalization

That distinguishes you:

• An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in leadership, application architecture and project management
• Familiar with SAP or any similar comprehensive business application
• High level of personal integrity paired with ability to lead, enable and motivate teams
• Ability to uphold the goals and culture of the organization with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English
