Deloitte Learning & Development is part of the People & Purpose function - we welcome applicants who are looking for a varied and exciting role in a fast-moving and friendly international environment. Based in our Zürich office, we are seeking an experienced person who will be responsible for various aspects of the Learning and Development function for our Audit & Assurance and Tax& Legal service lines.

What you can expect from us

  • You will ensure business needs are addressed in the Learning portfolio, planning meets business needs, manage the portfolio and determine gaps

  • You will be managing the yearly learning plan, build budget information accordingly and monitor spend

  • You will work within the L&D team to identify relevant learning interventions and delivery models

  • Yu will be responsible for providing reports and collaborate with internal quality assurance teams

  • You will oversee Learning Policies for Audit& Assurance and Tax & Legal

  • You will need to identify and lead relevant learning initiatives in squads

  • You will keep your knowledge up to date with current market trends

Your qualifications

  • You have a commercial degree with further education in HR (e.g. Federal Diploma, Bachelor or Master).
  • You have 3-5 years professional experience in an comparable position, Big4 experience is an advantage
  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and proactively, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels and being a strong team player

  • You have the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, by keeping attention to detail and manage tight timescales

  • You have excellent communication skills and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • You are fluent in German and English, French would be an advantage
