  • Swiss HR training or equivalent with relevant experience as well as further training in Learning & Development or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years- experience as HR Manager, preferably in the financial institutions/ investments space and well-founded and proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager with hands-on attitude
  • First-hand experience in cross boarder working and in multicultural settings as well as project management; strong conceptualizer with a client oriented working style
  • Keen interest in leading proactively the further development of tailormade Learning & Development activities for a highly international and unique company set-up in the impact investment space
  • Enjoys acting as an HR Manager and providing relevant practical support
  • English and German on business level, French or Spanish would be an asset
  • Act as HR Manager for a defined department with full responsibility for the whole employee life cycle
  • Lead and develop talent management activities by executing regular processes, follow up on plans and support the Management, supervisors and employees with strategies and putting plans into practice
  • Responsibility for the leadership training offer with the support of an external provider or by executing some trainings where possible yourself; supporting the management in relevant leadership strategies
  • Cooperate in and further drive the company´s gender balance activities and develop an inclusion and diversity strategy which addresses our diverse workforce in all locations
  • Overall responsibility for training, training counselling, related agreements and documents as well as addressing individual training needs
