MyAO Program Manager & Business Analyst
The MyAO program is a digital initiative of the AO to strengthen its role as a global leader in post graduate medical (surgical) education, as a global influencer and as knowledge leader in the field. The scope of the MyAO program is to enhance current AO online offerings, to market existing digital AO assets, to create new online offerings and to enable data collection and analysis.
MyAO Program Manager & Business Analyst
In this role you will be required to
The MyAO Program Manager and Business Analyst will be accountable to the MyAO Steering Committee and be responsible to coordinate the overall program workstreams. In addition, she/he will fulfill the function as business interface and collect / consolidate and translate the needs of the different AO business units into the MyAO development roadmap. The MyAO Program Manager will also work closely together with external development partners.
- Oversee and coordinate the overall MyAO project workstreams (IT, Business and Communication) - Report frequently to the MyAO Steering Committee - Closely collaborate and facilitate interfaces to external partners / providers - Facilitate the collection of business needs and requirements towards MyAO - Translate the collected needs into priorities - Closely collaborate with internal contact persons for IT and Communications - Ensure appropriate communication / awareness of MyAO within and beyond the AO organization and network (in collaboration with the respective Communication Manager) - Establish specifications and support the development of roadmaps for the development of MyAO functionality - Constantly screen the markets / environments for new developments / approaches
In order to master this challenge, you have - Track record of successful management of complex projects, ideally in digital application development - Experience in digital network development and management - Above average IT background and knowledge - Excellent communication skills, empathy, social skills with the ability to listen to the customer - Ability to lead and inspire project teams - English business fluent - Creative and dynamic mindset - Medical background or context understanding is a plus
