Maintaining a representative reception and office appearance

Responsible for the planning and organization of all team events and support the annual management event with 100 people

Contact person for employees on various matters and questions

Organize meetings, business travel for employees as well as catering for meetings of team members

Responsible for the infrastructure, the testing of new electronic tools and the support of the team in their application

Supervision of office logistics, material and information procurement as well as supplier contracts and inventories

Checking and approve invoices
Your profile
Commercial education (KV apprenticeship) or similar

First experience as Office Assistant or Team Assistant

Good planning and organizational skills

Very good usage of MS Office and IT affinity

Excellent German and English skills
