Our client is a successful, fast-growing, innovative full-stack fintech platform for real estate investments.

To accelerate the scale-up process of the organization we’re searching for an experienced, well connected, and result-oriented Relationship Manager UHNWI for Switzerland.

You are in charge of growing company sales and managing relationships with clients and partners.

Relationship Manager UHNWI Switzerland (m/f/d)


  • Identifying, engaging, managing and growing relationships with HNWI and other clients in Switzerland
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the complete sales cycle
  • Develop and manage business partnerships with family offices, private bankers, wealth managers
  • Advise prospective investors throughout their investment journey
  • Implement Sales Strategy and tactics and monitor sales against targets
  • Gain insights to further support the development of products and service offerings and identification of new market opportunities
  • Provide forecast data and deliver reports
  • Reports to General Manager for Switzerland


  • Proven track record in growing sales in wealth management-related organizations in Switzerland
  • An established network in Switzerland to family offices, private bankers and HNWI clients resident in CH.
  • Experience in selling financial, real estate and real estate investment products
  • Understanding of alternative investments and their dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with clients and partners in order to gain buy-in and commitment
  • High degree of independence, organizational skills and excellent relationship development capabilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience and strong will to perform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (French and Italian are a plus)
  • Office location: Zurich
