We are currently offering a position for a scientist in the field of computational chemistry limited to one year with possible extension.

Generate a dataset of ligand-receptor interaction features with docking and molecular dynamics on a membrane receptor-ligand complex with known structure
Develop a novel virtual screening method combining machine learning and structure based virtual screening in collaboration with a machine learning specialist
For this position, you qualify with a PhD in Computational Chemistry or related discipline, and bring to the role:
Extensive experience with structure- and ligand-based virtual screening
Extensive experience in molecular dynamics
Experience in data-mining techniques
Experience in membrane protein / GPCR computational chemistry is preferred
You are a proactive person, team oriented and have a great attention to detail
You need excellent communication skills and fluency in English
