Your challenges As a Support L1 and L2, you are the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. You perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and deliver the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the customers. As a support L1 ? L 2 you provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems, you answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You are able to understand and detect critical problems and escalate them when necessary to the right service within the organization. As a support, you have good technical knowledge and you can communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution by being diplomatic and helpful. You are highly motivated and result driven, able to work as part of a team, constantly learning and enhancing your skills and you are open to feedback. You like being accountable and have a high sense of product ownership. Your skills
CFC in IT or Bachelor in IT or equivalent
Windows, MacOS Hardware, software, peripherals MS Office, Linux, Cisco
Experience with desktop and server operating systems Knowledge of Database languages, including SQL Strong understanding of cell phones, phone systems Ethernet, VPN Firewall, Backup TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/WLAN Good communication and interpersonal skills Solution and client oriented You are patient to deal with difficult customers On-call duty
Fluent in French and/or English (oral and written) and good knowledge of German
