To support our Administrative Team, we are looking for an

Your main assignments:

• General ledger, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• Manage monthly and annual financial closing incl. support of Auditors
• Maintenance and reconciliations of all accounts
• Ensuring compliance with financial reporting, tax and VAT issues
• Support the CEO in the forecast, budget preparation and follow-up
• Prepare the weekly cash report

Your profile:

• Federal diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent training
• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience with general ledger, journal entry preparation, monthly and annual
  closing processes. Advantage: Microsoft/Office 365 Certifications, ERP (BusinessCentral)
• VAT declaration knowledge is a plus
• Good Excel skills, Business Central dynamics
• Initiative – must be a self-starter who takes the lead when necessary
• Young and dynamic with appreciation of challenging tasks
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, either French or German is mandatory
