Quality System Specialist
Quality System Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Providing end-user support regarding laboratory systems as well as Assess and Release System support
- Performing root cause analysis in problem management while also prioritizing, processing, and resolving incidents and requests
- Forwarding issues to the 2nd level support, contributing to the analysis of reported incidents and validating proposed solutions
- Being responsible for interface monitoring and participating in the implementation of new systems and equipment
- Cooperating with the support network and Business Process Experts on support cases, best practices and process improvement proposals
- Providing Application Support for local lab systems like Cedex HiRes, SoloVPE, Nextlab or Labx
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of practical experience in complex business environments
- Proficiency in systems administration and support of laboratory systems
- Well-versed with Windows Server, Active Directory and Client operating systems
- Expertise in network topology and computerized system validation
- Higher degree or apprenticeship in the IT or automation field or similar education
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken
