Offer comprehensive support to the Clinical, Medical, & Regulatory Affairs team through various administrative duties, including:
o Organizing events and managing specific projects
o Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members
o Arranging meetings and handling ad-hoc requests
Track budgets and process invoices utilizing Coupa software
Develop and design PowerPoint presentations
Maintain and update SharePoint sites for team collaboration
Keep organizational charts current to reflect team dynamics accurately
Take charge of visual and audio recordings - training provided on equipment usage
Generation of materials for communication purposes
Bachelor's or Master's Student (B/M): This opportunity welcomes candidates from various academic backgrounds
Administrative Enthusiast: Have a genuine liking for and capability to efficiently execute administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and support
English Mastery: Fluent in English, German is a plus
Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate meticulous attention to details
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
