Your responsibilities
- Analysis, checking and report of G-banded chromosomes, FISH, miyroarray (CytoScan HD and OncoScan)
- Somatic NGS and PCR-MRD (can be learned on the job)
- Performance of external quality assessments
Your profile
- Education as scientists or physicians with many years of experience in cytogenomics
- Experience in somatic NGS will be of advantage
- Board certification as clinical cytogeneticist, i.e. FAMH, FachhumangenetikerIn of the GfH, PCCC, ABMG
- Some knowledge of the German language is advantageous but not mandatory. However, a commitment to learn German should be made
- Equally patient and motivated to work in an international team
